After your home is sealed the monitoring of trapping the remaining rats is crucial.   With our Rat Prevention Program we recommend Tamper Proof Bait Stations placed around the structure, filled and monitored regularly to prevent future problem (like rats chewing through screen ect.) and to decrease the rodent population in the area.  Your yearly renewal is imperative.  We return each year to inspect your structure and keep it secure.
